		<description>What I&#039;m most taken with in this post is the repeated mention of &#039;serve yourself butter&#039;. Too often of late I&#039;ve been served bread (normally in a breakfast context) unbuttered and with no offer of a pat of the gold stuff to correct the dryness.  Just that one detail, particularly from a bar, shows how switched on (not just cool!) Von Haus is.</description>
