Hi Murasaki Shikibu - yes, we are lucky in Melbourne to have such multiculturalism! Thanks for your transalation as well.  Yes, I think by virtue of the fact that they are wagyu specialists, they are kind of upmarket anyway :-)

Hiya Forager - and surprisingly, not too expensive either!  Although from Mr.Taste&#039;s comment above, and from my own personal experience in Japan, those &quot;premium&quot; ingredients are super cheap.  I ate truffle and foie gras for ridiculously cheap prices by AU standards.

Hey Hungry Hamster - give it a go, it&#039;s a cool place.  Was in there for lunch the other day, and I swear I was the only non-Japanese person (apart from Dan) in the place!  This bunch of eight salary-type men were on the table beside us, absolutely loving it.
