I&#039;m not going to change the post as what&#039;s done is done, but I acknowledge that &quot;It is similar to a frittata, but obviously a healthier alternative&quot; might have been a better phrase to use.  It was not my intent to say that all vegetarian food is healthy, because clearly, it&#039;s not (just like any other type of cuisines - good and bad in everything, moderation yada yada yada).  I was simply pointing out that a buddhist-inspired tofu dish was perhaps a lil&#039; healthier than a butter/egg/cream/cheese laden frittata.  My bad.</description>

I don&#039;t think it &#039;obviously&#039; follows from a dish/meal being vegetarian that it is necessarily healthier. In this case (and most other cases) it does, but it would be wrong to think that it always does.  It&#039;s similar to the way people think low fat (but higher sugar) is the better option.</description>
